RETURNS POLICY

Lola May accepts the return of wrong and faulty orders within 14 days upon receiving the items, as long as the items are in unworn and unused conditions with all original packaging where stickers and tags are still attached. (If the tags are removed, please contact orders@lola-may.com for further instruction. In most cases, no refund will be issued.)

Please note that colours may sometimes vary due to the effects of the photographic studio or monitor calibration. Garments are measured on a flat surface and all measurements are approximate. If you find an issue with anything on our listings, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can amend this immediately.

Do you cover the delivery cost?

We guarantee to cover the postage or carriage charge fees if the item is faulty or incorrect. In other cases, we are unable to cover it.

What if I returned the wrong items?

We are not responsible for a return by mistake.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Once the goods are received and inspected without any issues, the refund will automatically be sent to the card you used to place the original order. This will typically take 5 working days in the UK, which depends on your bank/card issuer.

To ensure an effective return, we encourage our customers to follow the list steps:

  • Quoting your order number, name, address and the reason for return.
  • Sending us photos of any faults before returning the items.
  • Making sure you use tracking services, as we cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged or missing parcels.
