HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Lola May accepts the return of incorrect or faulty orders within 14 days upon receiving the items. Please contact orders@lola-may.com before your return.  All return orders must be addressed to:

Please obtain a proof of postage slip, this is your proof of return. Returns are valid as long as you return your item/s in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging where possible and with tags/stickers still in place.

CAN I STOCK LOLA MAY AS A BRAND WITHIN MY BUSINESS?

Please register your business detail with us and once you have signed up to the website we will approve your business details within one working day. Once you have been approved you are free to shop!

UK DELIVERY (Free on orders over £500 excluding VAT)

UK mainland- UK next working day
UK Zone 2- estimated 1-3 working days, includes The Highlands and Islands of Scotland. 
Postcodes- IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
UK Zone 3-  estimated 3-5 working days, includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes- BT, IM,TR21-25.

WILL YOU BE GETTING A STYLE BACK IN STOCK?

If you have seen a style you like or want to repeat an order and can no longer find it online, it is likely that it has sold out. If you would like to know if the style will be re-stocked on our site, please email orders@lola-may.com for further information.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

If your order has been placed with us before 2pm then we aim to ship out orders on the same day working day. If we receive an order after this time, orders will be shipped on the following working day. If you have not received a confirmation email of your order please contact orders@lola-may.com for an update.

HOW DO I RETURN FAULTY GOODS?

If your item is faulty, returns are valid as long as you return your item/s in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging where possible and with tags/stickers still in place. Please contact orders@lola-may.com before returning.
